Pilot lots to LCL consolidation, with the full export document pack: phytosanitary certificate, health certificate, certificate of origin, CoA, invoice, packing list. Spec sheets referenced to GB/T and ISO standards for every listed tea; pre-shipment lab tests arranged per lot on request. Payment by T/T — we do not offer credit terms.

How it works
Send the form below or write to mail@teamotea.com. We reply within one business day with the catalogue and current prices for your market.
A set of 8–12 teas, 25–50 g each: $59–99 plus courier at cost, credited in full against your first order. Free for confirmed large-volume enquiries. Two to four weeks to your door.
Proforma invoice from our licensed Chinese export partner. Payment by T/T bank transfer — 50/50 for a first order, 30/70 on repeats. No card checkout and no credit terms at this stage.
EXW, FOB, or CIF from Chinese ports with the full document pack. Sea to Europe 28–40 days, rail 16–25, air 5–10. Import clearance stays on the buyer’s side.
EXW / FOB / CIF through a licensed Chinese export partner; DAP for Russia and the EAEU via white-channel carriers only. DDP to the EU or US is not offered — it requires an importer of record, and we will not pretend otherwise.
Invoice and T/T bank transfer against proforma — the standard of export trade. Samples payable online. No card checkout, no NET-30/60, no consignment.
Every shipment carries the full export pack: GACC phytosanitary certificate, health certificate, certificate of origin, CoA, ISPM-15 pallets. We hold no organic certification — instead we arrange multi-residue lab testing of your specific lot, quoted per lot, report delivered before balance payment.
Tea is light and bulky, so freight is quoted by volumetric weight. Shipping from origin is slower than an EU warehouse — what you gain is harvest freshness and a traceable lot, not a claim on a label.
